If you care about your hair, please do not go here. During the cut, the old aunty completely messed up my hair. What made it worse was that instead of admitting anything went wrong, she kept insisting this was the correct way. There was no listening, no understanding just justification. The whole time she was busy chatting with her coworkers instead of focusing on cutting my hair properly. When someone is working on your hair, you expect basic attention and care. That simply wasn’t there. This wasn’t just a bad haircut it felt careless and unprofessional. I walked out feeling frustrated and honestly upset about how my hair turned out. Save your money and your look. I would not recommend this place to anyone in Pleasanton.

I asked Rachel for a short hair with straight bangs and got layers and curtain bangs instead. Maybe because I’m a minor so she didn’t take me seriously. The haircut that I got looks nothing like what I wanted which I showed a picture of. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is I tried to restyle it and it looks fine. Also the layers are uneven too. If you only what to cut your hair you’re fine. But I don’t recommend to get your haircut here if you want to style your hair. They also charged more than 50$ which is kinda crazy for me.

Highly recommended. $18 for men haircut. It’s a steal. i’m very happy with my haircut. It did not take more than 10 minutes waiting.

Went to this shop many times before as it’s close to my home. Two ladies provided good service but mean while feel very disappointed with the guy named Kevin there. He’s so careless and greedy by asking $10 more than previous for three times within 10 month period that caused me never want to go back again.

Update 8/28: After long closure due to covid-19 , they are open with outdoor setup now. One of the nicest hair saloon this side. Run by Chinese folks who are extremely gentle and polite. Rates Men haircut - $10 Boy under 10 yrs - $ 8 Women n Girls - $ 15 and up Above rates are for cash payments. Add $ 3 for visa, atm , MasterCard payments.
