LOVE EVERY TECH THERE!! They do great work for extremely fair prices. The quality is always great, before coming here I had problems with breaks/lifting but since coming to Vivid I have not had this issue. On the RARE chance I do break a nail they are quick to go out of their way to get me in and repair it. I highly recommend any of the techs that work here. Very professional, always a great attitude, and do amazing work.

I have been getting my nails done for many years. And these ladies have a created a comfortable and welcoming environment. These ladies will help you keep your natural nails on good health as well as giving you the most beautiful nails you can get.

At my first appointment with nail baby she told me her retention was amazing and she guaranteed my nails. Well not even a week later I was missing 3 and 2 of them were lifting. I came into get them fixed and she said she would only repair the broken ones and gave me glue to glue down the others i think she felt bad because she ended up fixing ONE of the almost broken nails and said to use glue on the other one.....pretty insane. Well the next week was my fill I was charged 87 in the beginning for a full medium set with NO DESIGN JUST SMALL square outline, when I went to get my fill I was only missing one, I wanted the base color changed and a new French tip just a little bit thicker then the last time. I asked how much I owed her and she said 80$ .......for a FILL!!!!!!! TRIED TO SAY MY FR
