Terrible customer service. I messaged her for an appointment, it took her a day to respond to my initial message. On the follow up message it took her 2 days to respond. Then I responded telling her that the day she had available worked for me, she said she would let me know the exact appointment time later that day - she didn't. Two days go by - I message her reminding her that she needs to tell me the time of the appointment and she doesn't respond. I call the salon multiple times and no one answers. I ended up having to go to a different place since this place clearly doesn't think that answering text messages or phone calls is necessary. How can you schedule a date but not think it necessary to provide a time for the appointment? How can you stop responding? Extremely unprofessional!!
