Excellent chair massage from Tina! Walked in with a knot in my neck/shoulder. She has very strong hands and got it out. I walked out feeling perfectly new.

I decided to try this salon for the first time as it has good reviews and it’s close to my house by car. I got there on time for my 11 am appointment but they had me wait 10 minutes and left my nails to soak for another 20 minutes which seems to be a long time of acetone on my nails. I understand that they were busy but I expected to be out by 12 pm, 12:15 pm latest as I had my cousin’s wedding to go to. When I initially booked the appointment, the woman told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour which I planned accordingly. Finally when they got to me, there were two ladies working on each of my hands. The lady who was standing as she worked on my right hand was really rough with my nails and nipped my skin because it hurt my thumb and I see a red mark left. I looked past that, whatever

Got my spider web ombré nails done today 😍😍😍 the woman did an amazing job. Very professional and creative. I highly recommend this nail salon. I couldn’t get a clear picture, and they look 10x better in person!

As a person who has went to many different nail salons, I can confidently say that Vivian Nail Spa is the best in Queens. Vivian knows exactly what she’s doing and is the sweetest, and her daughter Leah has amazing technique as well! I absolutely adore all of the ladies. Each and every one of them are delicate and precise. I feel very comfortable, relaxed and welcome every single time I go. I have been going here for years now and not once have I had a bad experience in the slightest at this nail salon. I fall asleep during my pedicure and wake up to perfection every time! I trust these ladies and they really never disappoint me.

this nail salon is very clean, suitable for relaxing, soft music, quiet space. The staff is very enthusiastic, coffee, tea and cakes are available while waiting. I came here to use the service and felt very comfortable.
