So let me first start by saying I have been to a lot of nail salons in many different states. Not a single one of those experiences come close to Vivian’s. The atmosphere was so friendly and cozy. Vivian personally greeted us when we got in. She made sure to give us a moment of her time and helping us get settled. We were a walk in and she personally made sure to check on us to see if we needed a drink or anything multiple times while we waited our turns. It’s a small salon but what I noticed is that it isn’t just Vivian who personally checked on us but everyone there. They were so lovely and engaging during our time there. You can tell Vivian values her customers as she knew almost everybody’s name who walked through that door and knew ours by the end. I’m only here visiting my best frien

Such a lovely small business! I’m only in New Albany for a few weeks but needed my nails done since mine were grown out - LOVED Vivian Nail House for my dip powder mani and gel pedicure! Grace was so attentive and friendly and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Will definitely be back 🤍🤍🤍

Vivian is wonderful! My nails are beautiful. I haven’t experienced a manicure like that since I first started getting them. The shop is really cute too!
