We are visiting from another country, and we came to the museum on Saturday, February 22. While we were there, we bought some toys at the gift shop. My child wanted one more toy, but I decided not to buy it at the time. Later, I regretted that decision. So today, February 27, I came back to the museum and explained the situation. It was already close to 5 PM, near closing time, but the security staff kindly allowed me in and escorted me to the gift shop so I could purchase the toy set. My child is very happy now. Thank you so much for being so kind, understanding, and human. Your help truly meant a lot to us.
