I’ve always had a good experience at Vive. Staff is super friendly, the lobby areas are always clean and the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. It’s pretty easy to get here after crossing the border as well. They also have valet parking as soon as you drive up to the building which is super convenient! Definitely my go-to med spa in the Tijuana area. They also run monthly promotions for several different beauty treatments that they offer.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Maria Fernanda. I received Botox, lip fillers, and facial tightening treatments, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain every step of the process. My face looks refreshed, natural, and youthful—not overdone at all. I truly felt cared for and in expert hands. I highly recommend Dr. Maria Fernanda to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic treatments.

I really loved this place. I came with a lot of questions and all the staff was really friendly and open to help me with all my questions. I ended up doing a combo of Hydro facial and Hollywood Laser and it was amazing. My face is glowing and Daniela, my Aestheticist was amazing! Definitely coming back ✨

Dr Rebecca was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and made feel like I was in good hands. I traveled from California and the clinic picked me up in a private car from the boarder for free!
