I had a wonderful experience at Viva Nail Spa! The atmosphere is very enjoyable and relaxing, and the service was prompt and attentive from start to finish. My daughter and I tried their head spa and steam therapy, and it was incredibly relaxing. Such a unique and refreshing experience compared to a typical spa visit. We both left feeling pampered and refreshed. I highly recommend Viva Nail Spa if you’re looking for great service and something a little different!

I have been going to ViVa Nails Spa for about 4 years now and I dont think I will ever go anywhere else. I bring Emily my nail art designs and I have never brought her one she could not replicate. She is a genius and the entire staff is always wonderful. I have had pedicures and nail services done by other staff as well and they treat you like family. This is the best place in town I have ever been.

I came here with high hopes based on the reviews i read. overall the customer service was very good and the nail technician i had was very funny and personable. The two glitter nails did not turn out the way I asked for them to be but i did not complain because my nail tech did a very good job otherwise. despite not getting exactly what i asked for When i left i was optimistic that i had finally found a good and reliable nail salon in lubbock. however less than two days later, 3 of my nails have already popped off. I was not unusually rough on my nails. i’ve been getting dip power nails for years and typically they can last me 2-4 weeks if i’m careful enough with them. it’s just super disappointing because I liked my nails enough to go back and give them another try but it’s ridiculous tha

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Worst part of all was that it came from the owner. I asked to have a full set done. When she started cutting my nails I let her know that it was shorter then what I asked and she said no it just looks short. Once she started adding the color I let her know that it was still short. She replied with attitude that it was not and that if I wanted to stop. I responded with yes I'm done (she had done 2 nails). She said ok it will still be $30 because I already did some work. At this point I said what ever since I'm going to have to pay might as well finish them. She was taking forever and being really rough. I told her that I need to leave cause I had another appointment. She told me to come back before 5 so she can finish. Of course I paid before I left. I wasvery unsatisfi

This place was very good! Emily did my nails, she was amazing! She was very kind and gentle. The staff was also super nice. Loved this experience, definitely will be back!
