He has a great eye for style and made sure the look suited me perfectly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish; Luis was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The ambiance of the salon was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend Luis if you’re looking for quality, consistency, and excellent service. I’ve been seeing Louis for years at this point and he always nails it! During my last visit he listened to my complaints about my dry/split ends and recommended a treatment I didn’t even know existed. All I can say is WOW! My hair looks and feels incredible, so much healthier. Not as many fly aways, super hydrated and silky! I’ve received so many compliments on how healthy my hair looks since doing the split end treatment and have recommended it to anyone I know struggles with similar issues. He takes his time to explain everything and gives the best advice according to your hair type. He helped me with choosing what would compliment my hair - and the end result was flawless! I have been visiting this salon for almost 8 years, the level of professionalism and value for your money is something you no longer find. He has transformed my hair from black to blonde without hair loss or damages. He will tell you with no shame when you should wait or avoid certain procedures. I love how he is not willing to risk his integrity over money. He takes his time with each client and treats everyone with love and care.

Luis cut my hair. He did a great job on the cut, but was too rough with my scalp. I have scalp psoriasis so I have to be gentle with my scalp and i shed hair easily. I told him prior and he was still very rough when shampooing and conditioning my hair (rubbing really hard and tugging/squeezing my hair really hard), he also was combing really hard and combed out so much of my hair (like I said, I shed easily). I also asked him to be more gentle but he was still very rough
