Vitality Solace Suites

My first visit to Vitality Solace Suites to experience the benefits of salt therapy in their infrared sauna suite was amazing. The facility is immaculate & relaxing. The owner was so personable, warm & informative. Everything about the experience was perfect & I felt almost immediate benefit to my sinuses & my skin was so soft too, after my first visit. Can’t wait to visit again. They have great membership programs, as well as per visit options. Try it!! You will love it too.

What a calming, relaxing experience. I wore shorts and a tank top as suggested. I got to choose my aromatherapy scent for the sauna and sat in the sauna for 30 minutes listening to lovely spa music. It was relaxing, calming, peaceful and rejuvenating. Just what my body needed. MJ was so wonderful and the facility is beautiful. Highly recommend. I will be back!!

I love the professionalism it’s super clean and perfectly staged to relax from the moment you walk in. I recently had a baby and my quality of sleep after the salt room was amazing I felt so rejuvenated. I took my sister who was pregnant then I took my husband who plays basketball often. I can’t wait to go back and have my toddler try it as well!

An amazing experience from beginning to end! This was my first visit and I assure you that it will not be my last one! MJ is extremely knowledgeable and kind, which allowed me to feel welcomed as a first time client. After a long weekend, I was excited for this much needed peaceful, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. I enjoyed 30 minutes in the sauna, in the Florida Suite filled with peppermint aromatherapy while listening to jazz music. It was AMAZING!🤩 I highly recommend.
