The ABSOLUTE BEST massage I have ever had! It was as if she knew where every little pain was and just how long to work on ever issue. Truly unbelievable!!!

I came in after recovering from a herniated L3 and L4 disc but still had constant lower back aches, Tina here did an incredible job helping me recover. The therapist was knowledgeable, careful, and tailored each session to support my healing without causing further strain. I’ve seen real improvement in my mobility and pain levels thanks to their work. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with back injuries or needing focused therapeutic care.

diagnosed with spinal stenosis and still 8 days away from a spinal injection to stop the pain, which was constant and relentless. I noticed the sign advertising therapeutic massage, thinking I'll try anything at this point. Tina saw me coming in with a crutch gently massaged and loosened the muscles and ligaments in my lower back, within an hour she gave me such relief....It helped me so much. Can't thank her enough, I still go to keep it from coming back. Definitely 5 stars....

It was one of the most relaxing massages I have had in a long time. I'm so grateful that she was willing to actually listen to everything when I asked for medium pressure in my back and deep tissue on my shoulders. I will return for sure.
