Vitality Massage

I had my first massage at Vitality today when after Physical Therapy and Yoga I was still in a lot of pain from a spinal/sciatic nerve issue. I found Incredible service in a clean and soothing environment. Easy online scheduling, and even walk-in appointments and the affordable hourly rate are all added reasons I will be back. I cannot recommend this little spa enough and am delighted to have discovered them.

I will not come back. Returned after a while for a foot massage. The quality of service has declined drastically. If one is doing a massage and texting simultaneously, the customer care is not worth my time or money. Scheduled for an hour, but left after 30 minutes. Very sad, was a great place

The massage was good. I'll definitely give credit where it is due. However, being that you pay before you get a massage, it was dishonest of them to not give me a massage for the full time allotment. And I don't meant by a simple 5 or 10 minutes. It was by 30. Additionally, I saw that they charged an additional $10 to my card, despite the fact I still left them a tip because the service rendered wasn't terrible. Just poor business etiquette and very disappointing to say the least.

I’ve gotten maybe 5 or 6 massages in my life, all by different masseuses, but Nina’s deep tissue massage was by far my favorite one! She used some unique techniques that I’d never had before, and I think that they really enhanced the massage. Each move lasted for a really appropriate amount of time, she used just the right amount of pressure for me, and overall seemed really in tune with my needs. Thank you, Nina!

The employee was extremely rude. A partial payment was made, and only 20 minutes of service was provided. The tip given was considered insufficient, leading the employee to curse.
