Giving this spot a 3. This was my second visit here, and I can say that I will not ever return to this establishment. Even though this was far from home, I was willing to give it a shot. Anyway, the first time was great. Paid $70 (full-set - white). Super pleased with the nails, done by Kim. So, I walked in for a second visit. This time, I was seen by Erica. Honestly, I don't know if it's an issue with getting fill-ins ($55 - pink), but the thickness of the nails was thin. I immediately noticed and mentioned to the tech. I think what irritated the situation was that Kim walked over to tell me that's how it was done the first time. I think that was absurd. I disagreed with her, but honestly, by then, I just wanted to get out of there. I was uncomfortable. Erica tried to remedy the situation

The salon has a nice atmosphere, but the hygiene level is absolutely unacceptable. I witnessed staff washing small containers (for salt, lotion, etc.) in the same foot basin used for pedicures, then putting them back for the next customer. This is extremely unsanitary. The towels were also ripped and unclean, which was very unappealing. Unfortunately, I cannot go back !

This salon is well kept and the staff are very pleasant and polite. They want you to be happy and they will fix any issues you have… if you don’t like the color you picked etc There is a pedicure menu to choose from. I have recommended them to others

Had a dip manicure and pedicure at Vital Tips today. My first time at the salon and I will definitely be back! The staff was wonderful and the salon is very clean. My nails turned out amazing!

Got a gel pedi & dip mani with Erica. Fastest service I’ve had in a while, but absolutely did not skimp on quality. Skip was clean and comfortable!
