I had a "medical" massage from Brittany and she was so nice, calm, rassuring, helpful for what I needed. The massage was wonderful, and soothing. I think that is what I needed. I drank lots of fluid for the day and the next day I felt great. My "stressers" were gone, slept well, back didn't ache. Brittany did a awesome massage and I would highly recommend her for a massage. I have been going to Vital Living for a number of years and would highly recommend them to everyone. These massage therapists have extensive training in medical massage therapy and don't just give an "off the shelf" massage, but take their time to learn about my specific issues and truly customize their techniques to fit my unique situation. I have a lot of systemic inflammation and nerve issues that stem from health problems, so getting a massage can be challenging. But the therapists at VL are very well-trained to work with those health issues to help my body relax and heal. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have chronic pain or stiffness and just want to feel better! Their new Leo location is very quaint and extremely convenient!! And their prices are very affordable!

Had an amazing time with the StressEase Lymphatic Fusion treatment here. From the get-go, the staff made me feel comfortable, welcome and valued. The treatment itself was outstanding. The mix of lymphatic drainage, hot stones and essential oils was amazing. I felt lighter, more relaxed, and surprisingly energized after. Props to the VL team for their attention to detail. The New Client discount and Referral Program is nice too! For anyone seeking a way to chill out and recharge, this is it. Highly recommend trying it out.

Absolutely love the new space! I have seen two massage therapists at the location and both are lovely. The rooms are clean, the location quiet, and the service excellent. I’ve been looking for a place like this for several years. The drive is worth it. Highly recommend to everyone I see.

Loved my wrap experience! My muscles and joints felt great for a couple weeks. Not exactly sure what it did, but have really enjoyed the final result!
