Vital Energy Massage

Went in today to purchase 3 gifts for 90 minutes massages. Didn’t have the exact cash on me, so the owner charged an additional 10% on credit card despite me asking to take that off. Extremely greedy place. THEY DO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE BUT DO NOT TIP THEM. They making ur tips in various hidden charges.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would!!! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!!! The therapist was way too rough, and when I told her to go lighter, she didn’t understand me and had to get a coworker to translate—cutting into my massage time. Even after such a bad session, I still tipped her $10 for 30 mins and she asked me to tip more. I felt pressured at the door to tip more for the bad service before leaving, that made the situation even more uncomfortable. Save yourself the trouble—DO NOT go here.

I have been getting massages at Vital Energy Massage every Friday for a few months and have always gotten a great massage. The massage therapist are all professionally trained. If you want a light touch or a deep tissue massage just ask and they will address your needs. They even have a large room for couples massages. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This place is under new management, and I highly recommend it. May is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable about the body, and is great with her hands. Leaves me feeling brand new every time.

Bottom Line : One of the best body massage I have had. To be honest, I was skeptic initially about this place…. But I had a very bad back-pain and was not getting appointment in any of my preferred location so booked this place. To my surprise, this place turned out amazing. I don’t think I have had so good body massage in a while. I came out a different person. Price point is also extremely comfortable.There were no hidden cost as well. They suggested 20% tip but given my satisfaction I anyways had plans to pay sufficiently to Cindy who provided the service to me. Language can be little bit of a problem at times but people at reception and the team is extremely helpful and cooperating. I didn’t have to face any problem. I think I am going to go here more often.
