I am going through a really difficult time with my daughter's neurological diagnosis. First time I talked to the infusion care I explained how time sensitive this treatment was and specifically asked them to keep me informed about the insurance authorization process in case of denial. I have called multiple times, and no one almost NEVER answers the phone. When they finally answered they couldn't even find my daughter in their system. fast forwarding, almost two months later. I got someone to answer my phone call and learned that my insurance declined the treatment we were waiting all this time. Why no one called to let me know? It was, unfortunately, a terrible combination between a bad Doctor from OKC, Dr Arvas whom did not write a clear clinical note and a disorganized infusion center s

From start to finish the staff at this place are amazing, patient, kind, and faithful. True servants to their patients. They accept a wide range of insurances, knock out denials and are great at getting medications approved when other pharmacies give up! Being able to have a home infusion versus being in a large room with other patients is THE way to go! Why go to a hospital or clinics when I can kick back and relax in my own home?! Highly recommend!

Don’t ever try to call on-call staff. You’ll only be told they have visits scheduled to make. Was told staff would be consistent and communication wouldn’t be an issue. It’s taken over a month or two for that to happen. Find another agency before accepting this one. The administrator will only try to talk condescending to you if you have a concern! Don’t tolerate it!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! They went above and between to get me my medicine and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.
