Visible Difference Hair Skin & Nail Salon

From the time I walked in to the time I left it was above and beyond what I expected. I was greeted with bagels from the owner's husbands bagel shop(sorry I dont know the name). Michelle helped me figure out what I should do to achieve my ultimate end result. She was professional, Attentive and I really enjoyed my time with her. I highly recommend this salon!!!!!! I am new to the area and that's the hardest thing. Finding a good hair salon, and a dog groomer. I nailed the first one. Thank you to everyone that works here for making my experience wonderful.

I had a great experience here getting my hair done by Michelle. She took her time doing my hair and really understanding what changes I wanted to have done. My hair had unfortunately needed so much work and was in such an unhealthy state when I first walked in and once I left I felt confident about how I looked and felt so much better about the health of my hair. I went there a couple of weeks ago and got an amazing service from Michelle. At first, I didn't know what I really wanted to do with my hair but I know I wanted a change. She lead me in a good direction, and my hair turned out PERFECT. I will be coming here from now on.

Did not intend to come back after an uncomfortable experience getting a manicure when the owner read aloud customer reviews and bad mouthed any negative ones in front of me) but a good friend recommended Michelle for hair coloring. As a result, gave it a second chance only to be further disgusted. If you’re accustomed to a vibrant and bustling salon (ie Depasquale) this is far from it. As the only client there all morning, I was able to witness several unprofessional actions from another employee arriving after 11am then promptly leaving for a couple of hours to purchase flowers for her mother’s birthday to being shown pictures of black mold in the ceiling to the owner coming in sick to contaminate everyone after going home early the day before. It was my first time at visible difference and I had my haircut with michelle. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming and the salon was beautiful. My haircut is amazing and I will be going back next month!
