I definitely recommend Glen! Book with him! 🤩 I was hesitant on booking anywhere in San Antonio (I had just moved here from Austin) but walking into the salon the first time, I loved the vibe of the salon, and Glen is the star of it all! He helped me with my damaged hair troubles by educating me on how to properly care for my hair (something my previous hairstylist in Austin never did!) and made me feel pampered as he trimmed off 4.5 inches of it (with my permission ofc). I really thought that I’d hate my new hair length or that it would take time for me to get used to it, but I love it! I feel like a bold person for making the decision to get rid of the damaged ends (I normally always safely went with 1/2-1 inches with my previous hairstylist). I spent $152 at Visible Changes and received one of the most disappointing haircuts I've experienced in my 30 years as a dedicated customer. It's been more than a week since I lodged my complaint with management, yet they haven't even responded. I requested a root color and a trim of just 1 inch from the ends of my long layers, specifically asking to leave the layers intact! Instead, the stylist took matters into her own hands, as if she had ownership over my hair!! What would you do?

Believe the reviews. Visible changes has gone down hill. I went in to get my hair done for the first time in a very long time for a mommy daughter date with my oldest we both wanted something new. We were so excited. When I got there I told the stylist I wanted something but didn't know what and she showed me a inspo pic that had the bangs and face frame blonde and the rest of the hair dark but we agreed to go with a “rose gold” which turned out to be more pink than anything but I still loved the color. While I was there I loved it and couldn't really see the discrepancy of the face frame and my bangs but after 24hrs I realized I didn't like how my face frame didn't match up with my bangs which makes me look like I have clip on bangs. Visible Changes did it again! I wanted a more lived-in look that's easier to maintain with all my grays coming in. Every time we brought the blonde up with balayage, it would leave an orange band because the bleach couldn't break through the permanent dye on top. I'm SO happy with the results! I got a root touch-up, highlights + lowlights, went darker overall, and asked for tons of layers to bring my hair back to life. This is exactly what I envisioned 🪩 Melissa (color) and Janelle (cut) were amazing! They were super patient because I had an idea of what I wanted but didn’t know if it was achievable. They walked me through the process and educated me on the coloring process and even showed me how to style my hair to achieve this blowout look everyday.
