Visage Salon

This is Jayne. Visage is a welcoming and up-to-the minute salon. All the new techniques and great staff. My hairdresser is Roxanne. She’s a GEM! I was traveling 1 1/2 hrs every 6 weeks to get my hair done where I used to live because I had 3 disappointing cuts by other salons, here in town Enter Roxanne and Visage Salon in Northampton. She did EXACTLY as I asked. I’m SO pleased.

I traveled over two hours to this salon for the top secret hair accessory human hair topper. I arrived on time. The girl who helped me was very nice but I felt extremely rushed. She put the topper on my head and just began to cut it. Now I know hair toppers and wigs...once you cut them that’s it, it’s yours. She didn’t even ask me if I liked it. I told her I looked like moe from the three stooges. She said once it’s cut that’s it mind you she said this after she cut it. I paid over 500 for this piece. It is completely unwearable! I’m devastated. I work so hard as a nurses aide and make barely above minimum wage. The hair quality is below poor. It is dry brittle weak hair. The piece itself is so sparse. I told her that I could see the cap line. She had no response to this. Please do yours

I have been going to Visage for haircuts, color and happiness boost for ten years! What a great crew of skilled, fun stylists. Bumble and Bumble products are great.
