When you go into this store and before you make a purchase, please know that the don’t have returns only exchange with a vague exchange policy:only with in 7 days with original receipt, wigs and cosmetics are final sale/wig, cap no exchange, I bought a clip on human hair bundle worth $89 and they refused to exchange it saying that it was opened, well of course I opened it to see how it goes with my hair. When I bought it the girls that work their seemed too busy with their phones.
Love the quality of the hair and the prices are good They costumer service are great!!
