Very unprofessional. Came to this store to get hair for my birthday, heard great reviews about products so I was excited. It got the hair I wanted and left the store, but when I got home noticed the wrong hair was in the bag. It was late at night when I noticed it, so I went back to the store in the morning. When I got to the store I explained what happened and they did not want to listen at all. Claiming they did not have the product I wanted. I explained that I paid for the product already and wanted what I paid for because it was my birthday and I didn’t have a lot of time. They tried to give me body wave hair when I kept saying I wanted straight. After a few another worker tried to make me seem like I was crazy when I had the receipt saying I paid for what I paid for and they made the

I want my money back I spent 174 for Indian hair 3 bundle and I install it the hair is soooooo thin not full at all I’m very dissatisfied and freaking pisss I want my money backkkkkkk

Came here for my birthday hair and the variety that they have is amazing. Their customer service is excellent I got help as soon as I came in. Great deals on the bundles the way it feels amazing. Even the other beauty supplies are amazing. I had no trouble here and I can finally say I found a great hair store in NYC.

out of all the v Virgin hair vendors that I have been to In New York, they have the best quality here for the lowest price. This is the best my lease since I’ve been purchasing from the distributors like Ali, On factory, direct bundles and wigs both of those weeks black brown when I washed them for the first time before wearing them and they both said they were Virgin hair
