Instead of getting a massage at the mall, I decided to treat myself to what I thought would be a more luxurious experience at an actual spa. I absolutely love massages — I get them monthly and have spent thousands of dollars on them over the years — so I know what a good massage should feel like. I genuinely expected better quality from a place that brands itself as a spa. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst massage I’ve ever had. I requested a deep tissue massage, but what I got was someone lightly rubbing my body for nearly the entire session. It didn’t even feel like a basic massage — more like someone applying lotion. I pre-purchased a package with this business and got a full lash set, which I liked, but the technician took over 2 hours. I also bought a refill package, but they are now refusing to honor it or credit the amount toward another set.

The Royal Bath and Body Scrub its the worse treatment. They don’t give the 15 min body scrub its should be and it say 90 min whole treatment and it only give 60 min . Don’t recomended

I went in to get my lashes done. Ended up getting that & my eyebrows done. The ladies did an amazing job! Only issue I had though was the lash glue was burning my eyes since the tape had my lids slightly open. Other than that, I’m definitely returning!
