VIP Nails Too

I went with my cousin and it was amazing the lady that did my nails was amazing just amazing one is my nails on is the inspiration I only changed one or two things about the inspiration I wanted pink square nails and I got want I asked for

Was scolded for an appointment that was supposed to be 2 people and there was only one. All of that just to wait nearly 30 minutes for a 15 minute pedicure. I am 9 months pregnant (very clearly pregnant) and the tech doing my nails sprayed some sort of bleach product in the tub while I was still sitting there. The owner offered me a mask when she saw me covering my face and then in their language said something about acetone. (That was not bothering me) the cleaning product that could have waited until I left was used while I was still sitting there. I’ve been coming here off and on but among other reasons during this visit. I will NEVER be coming back. Totally unacceptable. Pedicure was terrible and horrible service.

It took me a while to find a place I love. I was hooked after my first visit. Renu is my girl.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this was by far the worst experience getting my nails done in a very long time. I got them done a week ago and they’re all broken and chipped. i work for a rental company so i clean cars and usually i can push 3 weeks without breaking or chipping. these barely lasted a day. I am very disappointed because i use to go here all the time and i moved to NY but i was passing by there one day and decided to give them a shot as i was overdue anyway. I will never go back here again. I spend more in NY AND IT ACTUALLY STAYS GOOD FOR A WHILE! I had TWO nail techs working on my nails. I felt like I was there for 3 hours just getting a gel manicure…. I will be sharing pictures too.
