HORRIBLE. I got my nails done by LANA a week later a full set of acrylics were ALL lifting. When I called to make them aware, LANA herself HUNG UP ON ME. Told me to come in and speak with the manager who conveniently wasn’t even there. The most unprofessional part of this was when another CUSTOMER in the background advised me that LANA had me on speaker phone and said customer decided to chime in her two cents.i will never return and will be urging all of my family and friends to stay away from this salon as well as rude LANA. They do a poor job and then do nothing to rectify the problem.
