V.I.P Nails & Spa

Went to do my nails today, horrible painful experience. The new lady doing my nails continued over cutting my cuticles causing me to bleed. Kept telling her it was painful, she continued. I am not one to complain but this was Horrible.

My daughter and I went to this nail salon because we were referred highly. We have been doing nails for as long as I can remember. The WORST decision we made. Not only is the salon dirty but after two days my finger nails and toe nails were breaking and the gel nail polish was chipping. Photos shown how my daughter’s skin was peeling from some solution they put to take off old gel. PLEASE don’t spend your hard earned money on this salon. I would give zero stars if it was permitted.😡😡😤😤😤

I have been doing my nails for over thirty years in different nail salons. Went to VIP Nails for the first time since my nail technician moved far away and I live in Miami Lakes. I am not one to post negative comments, but this has to be the worse place I have ever been to. After a few days not only was my gel polish chipping but my nails were so weak they were breaking. Would not recommend this place. Not to mention the Asian gentleman in the front is extremely rude.

Horrible nails. I went for a manicure dip. Needless to say the nails came out thick, bumpy, and the nail tech put a coat of gel paint on top of it to “even the color”. I told her I did not want long nails. She kept telling me not to worry. I didn’t realize how bad they were until I left the place and I was outside. The end result: long nails, horrible texture, and terrible uneven color. Embarrassing enough that 2 days later I went somewhere else to take them off. I don’t want to call out the nail tech on this review but don’t waste your money and go somewhere else.
