VIP Nails & Spa

This is my favorite nail salon ever! Their customer service is spot on! Always friendly and accommodating. The salon is beautiful and the seats are super comfortable. Most importantly, my nails always look fantastic! They offer a huge selection of different colors and styles, plus my nails never break or chip in between visits. I’m a very pleased customer.

Tracy was amazing! Went in for Valentine’s nails and got exactly what I wanted! She even made sure I didn’t over pay when I selected cuticle care, removal and manicure. 10/10 service!

On the early evening of February 6 my daughter and I got pedicures my daughter s was good but mine was one of the worse pedicures I’ve ever had . She didn’t cut my toenails on one foot and when I waited and asked her again she still didn’t cut them. My daughter had already paid for both of us and needed to get somewhere so we left but I was very disappointed in VIP

Ok let me preface this with saying I waited tables for years so I’m not a huge fan of reviewing places based on one experience. One was plenty. I usually go to Lux by cicis and have never had a bad experience. I lost an entire nail early summer so I have been trying to grow it completely before I got dip again. I decided to try VIP since they have kids chairs and I always bring my 4 year old and was excited for her to get an actual pedicure. We got a soak and a polish. She loves it. My nails however will need to be completely removed and redone. They’re bumpy, crooked, and just not done well. I’m not sure if she thought I wasn’t going to tip well, but I did. 25% even though they looked bad. On an already $200 bill, I’ll go to Lux and pay $120 and get better work and brink my own wine 😘

I am so happy with my nails, my nail lady was Tracy. she did exactly what i wanted and was super easy to talk to. she took her time to make sure it looked exactly how the picture looked or how i told her to make it look! i had the best experience here!
