Went yesterday and got the $40 pedicure, tipped 10 even tho it was not deserved. and yes the price is nice but I went to get my calluses off or atleast somewhat off and they didn’t even get anything off them. My feet look the exact same and feel the exact same. They rushed through it spent 15 minutes and they were done. My feet didn’t even have time to soak before they were started cutting my nails woke up this morning to not being able to even put my big toe on the ground because it is swollen and hurts. I do not recommend pedicures here. Price is nice but they indeed do not do anything other then paint them nicely and slather things on ur legs.

Had a wonderful experience here! Flew in from out of town and had some time to kill. Ken did an awesome job on my nails. I have very uneven and weak nails, he made them look even and beautiful. Can't wait to come back on my next work trip!

I hate coming here. I hope someone else opens a good nail Salon with good customer service in Big Spring because once they do I know this place would lose business. They are so terrible. Anytime there is a wait you might as well leave because they will skip you and it's so frustrating. Ive had to come back 3 times and got skipped when I asked for a specific person. The men are so rough and always burn my nails with the drills. The older tall lady who does pedicures is also very rough and has burned me with the drill She has also cut me and it's just horrible service. There is one tech here that is super kind, sweet and gentle but it's hard to get in with her. I am so done with this place at this point I'm better of just driving to Midland.

I absolutely LOVE my nails!!! I went in to get a pedicure and a full set of nails, with a specific and difficult design, and they did an amazing job!!! I won’t go anywhere else but VIP!!! Ken took the time to hand paint each individual Daisy, and they came out beautifully! Van did an excellent on my pedicure, and I’m very happy with the results!

This is my favorite nail place! I started coming here about 2 months ago! My first visit I got a set off and I got a manicure. The woman who helped me was so nice and complimented my rings I had. I have come twice since then I have not been disappointed with the two sets I have gotten! Love this place ! My grandma who is visiting got her nails done and she really likes her set.
