VIP Nails, Spa, and Hair Salon

They are really nice and efficient here, so I feel bad giving anything less than 4 stars. I have been here before and noticed the nail art I received was just okay. Then again yesterday, I believe they need to improve their skills a bit. I asked for a heart, and think it could have been cleaner. My gel manicure has also already chipped on day 2. Usually I get a good 1-2 weeks before any signs of chipping. Pedicure was perfect though.

I had acrylic nails and one of my acrylic nails had started to come off. I went in to either have it fixed or have the acrylic nails removed. I also wanted a different color. The manicurist started to peel the nails off which was sensitive to my real nails. The one she did peel off part of my real mail came off. Then she implied I did it, which I did not. Then I asked what she thought was best, either a dip or gel. She put mail strengthener on my nails and said to come back when they are stronger. Not even a color. My nails are not smooth or filed evenly. I payed 40 dollars for ugly non smooth nails. Very disappointed! I will not be going back at all!

Just leaving with the most amazing pedicure and manicure. I have woefully neglected my nails and these ladies did a wonderful job cleaning me up. They were also very sweet and fast! Fair prices for great service. I will be back for sure.

This place is amazing. The women are very kind and they do a wonderful job. The best in Gig Harbor, in my opinion. I have been going here for pedicures and waxing for over a decade and the service is consistent. I went again today and realized I have never left a review. Thank you!

Clean place, nice people, but the deluxe pedicure comes with none of the extras such as the hot rocks or wax dip. Still happily charged over 50$ tho :/
