I came to get a refill & pedicure. Mimi gave me the most terrible service I’ve ever received, she was aggressively handling me then rushed thru my nails. Didn’t refill my nails correctly & made the acrylic on my nails & toes bumpy & uneven. She was complaining she was tired & has to drive an hour back home. I came back the next day when they opened up, to get it fixed because i paid $120 & they told me to come back at 11 to fix it. I came back & they had me wait 30 mins while they went on break. Then continued to give me attitude because they had to fix my nails, as if i’m an inconvenience. This was the worse service I received in a nail salon. Their customer service was unacceptable & I would never come back.

First time there, was pleasantly surprised. No wait, excellent care taken with my feet. Did an amazing job with my toes. I picked a color and on first application I knew the color wasn’t good for me. The tech went in the back a pulled several colors in different tones out for me a tested a few until I was happy. Couldn’t be happier with the care I received.

Terrible experience. First day off in one month I figured I’d treat myself to some self care that I haven’t been able to do. First problem she took toe jam out of my nail and put it on my leg(DISRESPECTFUL), I’m annoyed now. I tell the lady whose name is MeMe I don’t want gel . She keeps trying to convince me gel is better, I tell her I don’t care about the price personally I don’t like the hassle of removal with gel and I don’t get enough days to keep up with someone else doing it. Any way long story short she talks shit the whole time, laughs with her coworkers and then pretends to be nice. I still give a small tip at the end while letting her know I know she was talking shit and you shouldn’t treat people like that. She ignores me and smiles. I Love this nail Salon and my tech is wonderful, I have been here twice and Ryan has done my nails both times and he is extremely accommodating!! I am very picky about my nails and he is very helpful and greatly artistic!! I would def recommend this place! They are even very accommodating when it ctto appointments, I was able to reschedule the nite before my appointment with no issues!!!

Got in n out fast n the nails look great. Lisa did an amazing job
