VIP NAILS

I’m honestly shocked at the negative reviews, I recently went with my mother and got magnetic cat eye polish. The woman and her son (I think) working were SO kind, attentive, and did an amazing job. The younger guy who did my nails exceeded my expectations and was fun to talk to. My mom also comes here regularly to get manicures and her nails always look great.

Do yourself a favor and just drive to Stillwater. I’ve given them THREE chances to redeem themselves and they’ve blown them all! The manicures are sub par, I got one less than an hour ago and I’ll post pictures, it’s chipped peeled and bubbly, and they got half the paint on my fingers and didn’t clean it off! Plus it always smells like BO and musty cigarettes in there and rarely looks clean. I’ve never seen them clean anything up between customers. He didn’t even wash his hands after finishing someone else’s nails before starting mine. GROSS. They rush through everything, a shellac manicure should take more than 5 minutes and a powder dip should take more than 10. These are the actual times he took on my nails. And shocker, they were both awful manicures! $40 for what they do is robbery, I

I've tried them several times. There were several times I had an appointment and they had to close early which they didn't tell me till I got there and was rushed and didnt do a very good job. I usually do dip. They only use 2 coats and they don't last 2 weeks. I kept hoping they woukd get better but haven't. They spend most the time on their phones and don't pay attention to their customers.

the only pro to this salon was that the service was good and fast. had my nails done there twice and had bad experiences both times.

If you have had acrylic nails for as long as I have; you know if they are being prepared correctly. I had to use this place due being away from my home for a family emergency. She did not put enough, or at all, the sealant to the back of the nail, so 3 nails have already popped off in the back(which means I either have to tear them off or super glue them back on). She didn’t have me was my hands before applying polish. She also, triangle filed them down and ruined the shape of them. I had a pedicure there as well. I paid for a $50 pedicure that did not include filing my small callouses or doing much of anything to my feet. I did mess the little one up, the lady said she would fix it by slapping a little polish on it, no top coat. Highly, do not recommend them!!
