VIP Nails Arboretum

Will never go back to this salon! Yesterday, I went in for a simple fill-in and asked to have my nails filed down just a little. I left with my nails in three different shapes, uneven lengths, and messy gel polish that was uneven and all over my skin. Not to mention … is already peeling up and chipping!! The attention to detail was terrible, and it looks rushed and sloppy. For the price I paid, I expected at least neat, even nails. Very disappointing experience.

I came to this store today and I didn’t want to believe the reviews. The guy was rough, racist. I asked a question and he asked me where I am from and if in my country they do that! I lived in the USA for 16 years but this guy thought just because I am Hispanic I don’t know anything about this country. My nails are different sizes and he didn’t clean my cuticles or nothing.

First appointment was 3/6. I got an acrylic refill with pink chrome. I called next day to let them know the top coat was chipping and peeling and came back in 3/7 to get it “fixed”. As a licensed cosmetologist who studied nails, I knew there was an issue. The coat wasn’t curing correctly and instead of filing every nail down to redo, the man filed the 7 of the nails that were chipped. I got in my car after the appointment and saw one of the nails was either already chipped or just missed. Throughout the rest of my day, the top coat on the nails was moving around and eventually chipped on each nail yet again. I called this morning 3/8 to let them know I would rather a partial refund instead of coming back for the THIRD day in a row for something that is not something I caused. I am a very l

They are so rude do not come here really they are not it their colors are old as heel they will chip off quick they don’t want to do nails how you tell them. They really cater to simple plain nails. Worst nails I’ve ever had prob get them done aging tech had to do them twice because he was putting old polish in my nails Update a day later Nail polish is already peeling it’s bubbling it’s basically going to be the point where I’m gonna have to get them redone and I paid $70 for these ugly nails that took two hours

This place was quick and took me within an hour of close and I was out in 45 minutes.. and did exactly what I wanted. They nailed the shape of my nails well as gave me suggestions on color and a cool matte pattern. Mike was awesome and I will be back!
