VIP Nails and Spa

I love going to VIP they're quick. They have great prices, and my nails always look beautiful

I'm not from the area and got my nails done here while visiting some family. Let me just say that my nails look so bad! I could have done a better job at home. I also overheard the owner say some really unpleasant things while doing someone else's nails. He greeted everyone that came in but was very short with them and came off as rude. After getting my nails done I found out why the place was so dead on a Saturday. The owner is known for arguing with customers. My nails are so bumby, uneven and already lifting.

It is open until 7 pm. That is why I stopped in. Prices are average. $40-60 for a nice pedi treatment. $25 for the basic. I wasn't impressed with the esthetics of the place. Kids friendly enough that they had one of their kids hanging out there. They were nice and efficient. Someone even messed up a nail and came back and they fixed it for her! I thought that was awesome. I'm new enough at getting pedicures that I'm still looking for my favorite but this place is conveniently located for me so I'll be back.

I called to see if I could get me and my niece in and the guy said yes as long as you are here before 630. We walked in and he said oh that was you that called? I said yes. He said well we can only do one. Was extremely rude to me saying I didnt make an appointment. We walked out. I was shocked how rude the guy was!

Very poor experience. I was supposed to get a manicure and pedicure. The guy doing my nails kept shaking his head and laughing at other guests, making fun of them. He would also shake his head every time he started something new for me. He did not put lotion on my feet/legs/ hands or rub them down at all. And the quality of the paint on my nails is poor at best. They are rough, uneven, and not even fully painted. The other employees were rude as well. There were two seats available on each side of me for pedicures and one woman was just told to sit “in the middle” when both seats could have been middles considering there were people on either side of the open seats.
