VIP Nails and Day Spa

I want to start by saying I’ve been getting serviced here since I was 8 and I’m 19 now. Today has been the third time I’ve visited this salon in 19 days just based off my nails popping off. I’ve spent almost $200 getting my nails and feet done + the fill and color change when I came back to get them fixed the first time. They broke again. I was offered a $25 refund and I decided to go again and let them fix it for the third and final time, and then again I feel like they played in my face. Each time the process was rushed down to picking a nail color to the time and quality put into the nails. I’ve always had a hard time speaking up when I don't like something, and when I did I just felt dismissed.

Sam is great. She has some many great ideas for designing the nails. She is so patient and very careful with my nails. I will definitely come back for my next service. Thank you Sam for your great service.

I was a random walk-by drop-in and had a great . The atmosphere was so calming, good color selection, and she did a great job. I was surrounded by two tough to please regulars and that's a good sign. 1'l come back here Thank you JEN

First timer, and was HIGHLY suggested to go to this location.. I’ll start with i was VERY communicative with how I wanted the shape of my nails to be because I had broken nail and I was okay making the others ones short to match the broken nail. After builder gel was applied and buffed and requested again to shape my nails to be all the same length and to match the shape. All my finger nails looked different. I still had to fix them my self at home. Prior to polishing I had picked out a cat eye polish and they couldn’t find the color I asked for, then Sammie gave the nail tech another number color that was no where near the shade I picked. It was a hassle for the nail techs to create what I had a vision for. They work like robots and don’t have creativity on how to fix the issue. Waste of

Awesome staff!! Great conversation and great massage chairs. The chairs actually massage your butt too. Great gel color selection and modern tools! Totally recommend. Great nail gurantee , I think you get 7-10 days to come back and fix a broken nail.
