VIP Nail Spa

I went here as a walk in client around 2 1/2 hours before they closed, it was my first time as I was recommended to go here. I wanted simple acrylic French tips, the lady was very sweet although she rushed my nails. The lines on my nails are either crooked or uneven. She didn’t push my cuticles back at all so they’re going to grow out quicker now, I had acrylic all around my finger and under my finger which was very difficult to get off. I’m kind of disappointed with the service because I’ve seen good reviews and my friend goes here and always has good experiences. And to mention I paid $65 plus a $10 tip so $75, I personally don’t think she should’ve gotten as much but I was feeling nice, and I also don’t think my length or the “design” that I got was worth $65 I feel as if what I got sho

My daughter, I and my momma have been going here for 15 plus years! Chong and Lisa are phenomenal and Sam is also the best , the whole place is a great vibe ! Very accommodating and professional! I recommend everyone I know ! Best Nail Salon in the area !!!

This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The entire visit felt very impersonal, almost like an assembly line rather than a relaxing service, yet it was also the slowest salon I’ve ever been to. I was there for two hours and only received a pedicure and half of a manicure. The technician did not know how to properly shape the nails, and the corners were left very sharp and uncomfortable. Because the service took so long, I did not have time to stay for the polish or the massage, yet I was still charged full price. When I raised my concerns, the manager was rude, blamed me for the situation, and did not attempt to correct the situation, which made the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointing overall.

Excellent service at VIP Nail Spa! I had my eyebrows threaded, a manicure, and a pedicure. Lisa did an outstanding job. She’s professional, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Even had a lychee mimosa! Kong is always attentive and helpful as well. Highly recommend VIP nail spa!

Jenni was GREAT. Loved her and her work. She did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and making my nails look beautiful. Im always scared to get cut but she is very talented and I wasn’t left traumatized. Prices are pretty good on my opinion.
