VIP Nail Spa

I was so excited to come here based on the reviews and was extremely disappointed with my results. I showed an inspiration picture and was very clear about what I wanted and just felt unheard when I tried to make suggestions when I could see that the design did not align. My friends nails came out so beautifully and her nail tech was very receptive to feedback so to not be heard was frustrating. My nails are see through with the extension part, varying thickness, wider than my actual nail, and the french tip portion is extremely pointy and very thick on the edges (not what my inspiration picture showed). I think this is a great establishment but I am not pleased with my results and left feeling frustrated. (first three pictures are my results and the last is what my inspo pic was)

They are the BEST. The staff are so nice. They also do a great job. These are my nails after a month. They’re perfectly intact and they even did an extra coat to get the black not sheer. No lifting even. The shape was exactly how I like it. Perfect line up with the cuticle line and I’ve received so many compliments. Probably the best gel manicure I’ve ever had. I didn’t even have to do that much light exposure. They’re just that good. Pedicure was good too. Note that it is currently cash only for tip. Went with two others who were happy too. I’ve been 3 or 4 times and it’s always a pleasure.

First time here, but it won't be my last. They fit me in when another salon messed up my appointment. All the staff was very friendly. My pedicure and gel manicure were excellent! I loved the hot stones with the pedi! I was very happy with the price too! ------ edited to add------ My gel nails didn't start chipping until after 5 weeks!! This is amazing considering i have been remodeling my house!! The only issue was that it started to grow out. I got my nails done again today, and I'm super happy again!!

I had a man do a manicure for me here at my appointment. He used a drill so hard until I was physically reacting from the pain and when I asked him to please be more gentle, he ignored me. I’ve been getting dip manicures for 8 years and can confidently say this was the most unsanitary, rushed, and laziest manicure I’ve ever received.
