VIP Nail Spa

The ladies were very kind with both me and my daughter. This was her first mani pedi! Excellent service. Acrylic nails were well done. They were not bulky.

Started coming to VIP nails in Columbus earlier this year. I’m continuously pleased every time I get my nails done here. Linh, her co-owner, her husband, and the other ladies who work here are so sweet. Linh does my nails every time, and she does a perfect job. She talks to me and takes the time to know me as a person. She knows exactly how I like my nails and even helps me pick out my colors every time I come in because I’m so indecisive! I highly recommend this salon and the quality of work is impeccable.

If you want your nails done quick & cheap, this is your place. Mediocre job. No acentone used to remove previous gel, he filed my nails all the way down and burnt my finger multiple times with the file. I asked for a plain gold strip to be added and I was informed they have “no solid gold nail polish.” I was rushed when picking out my colors. No attention to detail. I wanted the polish changed on my toes but decided to go else where with how poor of a job was done & how rude the nail tech was. Corners not even fully painted and already has a big chip on one of the nails. Will not return.

Wanted a soak off and had to wait 40 mins. If they would’ve put my hands in a bowl and waited then it would have been fine and less time taken. The prioritization skills are not it here. Attitude is also very poor.

I like going to VIP because it’s close to home. I went there for a long time. The staff is usually very friendly, but I think the place could be a little bit cleaner. I think they need to wipe down their chairs after each visit and clean a little bit better than they do specially with the winter coming on and all the viruses around.
