Just outrageous! I made the mistake of telling them I was from out of town and here on business. Got my nails, toes and eyebrows done for a meeting, paid $132, I thought was pretty good. Came back 3 DAYS LATER for a color change with Chrome for both my nails and feet, JUST A COLOR CHANGE and they charged me $92.25! How?? I just don’t get it! Back home this would’ve been like $30 for just a color change with Chrome! Yup I’m not coming back and the bad part is I have to come back and forth to Abilene for the next 2 yrs. If anyone knows of an honest good nail place, please let the secret out because this place is not it!!!

So I used Castle Nails for YEARS and the last few times I went were an absolute disaster. I’ve heard good things about VIP so I gave it a try. Y’all, they were all so courteous, capable and professional. The pedicures were exactly what I expected for the price I paid as well as the full set and manicure. They take pride in attention to detail! On top of that, I was a walk in and they treated my time as if I had scheduled an appointment. Absolute wonderful experience.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I’ve been here for a pedicure which was wonderful. It was relaxing and very well done. It’s definitely my go to for a nail salon. Today I went for a wax and had an equally great experience. The wax tech was upfront about the cost and ensured I was comfortable. My eyebrows came out looking great.

First timer who visited on 4/1 for a builder gel set and already has a chipped nail on 4/8 I already knew I wouldn’t be going back as when I left, the design was done poorly, shape changed when not asked for (round to square and uneven), they already looked grown out and it was $85 for a poor service but it’s been 7 days and 3 have lifted with 1 already having cracked. Disappointed but not surprised after now reading others reviews Editing to update again on 4/8- a second chipped nail on the other hand!

HORRIBLE JOB!! Will definitely not be going back. I never leave reviews but hopefully I can prevent this from happening to someone else. This place pushes for you to get a DELUXE mani and pedi and they charge $20extra for gel. So I paid $160 dollars for a terrible "deluxe mani and pedi". Asked her to remove all my cuticle and the previous gel. The white I had on was not all removed like I asked and still have my cuticle. That's not it, my headphones ended up in the water because they are trying to do all at once and get you out of there. He started to file my gel polish on feet and powder going all over legs creating a burning sensation.
