VIP Nail Salon

I had high hopes going in here.We had recently lost a dear friend and he would always paint his nails pink for Breast Cancer Awareness. So, before his benefit, we wanted to do the same. We made an appointment for two of us. It was the day before Thanksgiving. They were not busy at all. So, they did our gel manicure and pedicures at the same time. The one lady (mixed?) could not stay off of her phone. I was enjoying my pedicure, while she was doing my nails. After all was said and done, I looked down and they were terrible. They were so ready to get out of there, I didn’t even get a chance to say anything. I knew they wouldn’t stay to fix it. After tip, my bill was $120. You can see in the photos, there are brush strokes on every nail. Most the nail isn’t even covered with gel. Extremely

Is there was zero stars I would give that. Me and my daughter went in to get our nails done for my daughters graduation. I got a A great manicure and pedicure. My daughter wanted a full set. Really not sure what the nail technician did, but those nails were awful. There was a acrylic on her skin. There was chrome powder and nail polish on her skin. He missed acrylic and certain places. He also did not use nail polish remover so specs of black nail polish were secure underneath the acrylic. Due to time I wasn’t able to have them fix my nails, so I politely asked for a refund for the full set. I was willing to pay for my services and even still willing to leave a tip for their time. However, the business owner demanded that if I didn’t bring her back to have them fix the nails, they would no

came here after a pretty bad experience at another salon and it was night and day. very kind employees, quick service and an unbeatable price! i will definitely be back, the pedicure was very amazing and in depth.

I had the best pedicure this week at VIP Nail Salon in Garner. Lee went above and beyond the basic manicure I paid for.. The foot and leg massage was heavenly. Hot rocks and all! I have been going here for a year now and highly recommend.

Awesome staff and awesome work. They are always very friendly. Have not had a bad experience. They work hard to make sure customers leave happy!
