SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HORRIBLE SALON!!! Let me save you the many tears that I shed due to this unfortunate event! Maria H. destroyed my head and over processed my hair leaving me with scabs around the perimeter of my entire head. Charged $350!! Marilyn, the owner then tried fixing it by processing my hair again an hour later. My head was in so much pain and the owner said “take a Tylenol” but my headache and pain only grew worse. The owner mentioned that Maria’s over processing with harsh chemicals and improper application. was due to her “going through personal matters”. If you care for the integrity of your hair do not waste your time at this salon. The owners response is clear that she only cares about money and not professionalism or integrity.

I went here after getting treat badly by a salon . They customer service was great and the owner did my hair exactly how I like it. I went back about again and I came home to notice I had bald spots in my hair. I noticed the lady that was washing my hair was rough and I had a lot of hair come out in the trash but I didn’t think anything of it. I am so frustrated and extremely embarrassed that I have to walk about with bald spots and they wasn’t there before I went to the salon .

I took my daughters here for the first time two weeks ago in celebration of my oldest daughter birthday. It was their very first time ever getting their 4C hair blown or straightened. Both of my daughter’s hair are extremely healthy. I keep up with regular trims and their curl pattern was beautiful ! Until yesterday when I was washing my youngest daughter’s hair (aged 7) and much coarser then her older sister's, I realized that my baby’s hair kept shedding. I visited this salon in September for a simple wash and blowout. It was my first time there. Everyone seemed friendly and the place was very busy, so I assumed it must be a great spot. While I was waiting to get my hair washed, I noticed some clients brought their own shampoo and conditioner. I thought it was odd, but didn’t dwell on it. When it was my turn, the wash and conditioning went smoothly, and the experience overall was pleasant. Afterward, I was moved to the dryer area to wait for the next step. My hair was blow-dried and flat-ironed, and it looked great when I left. About two weeks later, I washed my hair at home and noticed something was off—my natural 4C curls didn’t revert. Absolutely loved my blowout! My hair looked smooth, shiny, and lasted for days. The stylist was friendly and really listened to what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back!
