Very ‘bumpy’ haircut as you can see clearly some ‘puffy’ elevated spots on the side n back.almost amateurish tbh. Just shocked hw hard it’s been to find a decent barber in a town full of negros :/

Supposedly “Mark” gave me a cut, I came to this barber shop looking to get a taper/temp fade, as a walk-in when I asked if anyone was available no one cared to look my direction and one individual offered to cut me after 15 minutes of that I was done and the result was a cut on my neck from an improper leveled clipper and faded lines in the side of my head, I was charged 40$ for that, it was not a full haircut and now I have to spend money on an actual licensed barber to get it fixed, due to the lack of professionalism and uninviting atmosphere I do not recommend bringing your business here. Upon calling back I was informed everyone is an individual and that there was nothing I could have done to get it fixed as Mark left the shop, even though I called in the car after I got out

My boyfriend just went in for a tape, with nothing taken off the top, back, or sides. He got cut on his neck, not cleaned up, and charged forty dollars for choppy lines in the side of his head and a cut on his neck. (Not a full cut) I called in asking how much for this service afterwards to see if that was correct, and I was told that they actually charge 20 dollars. So not only was my boyfriend given a haircut that we have to pay to get fixed, but he was also overcharged and taken advantage of. I was also muted on the phone. I let them know what happened and was told that they could do nothing to fix this problem. Mar or mark was the name of the barber. I would avoid this place at all costs.

If you choose to go here don’t let Brandon "Suge" Owens near you or your child. He doesn’t listen, has an attitude problem, decided to do his own thing and over charged us. I asked for him to give my two year old son a trim and he cut ALL of his hair off. I was/am horrified and will never come back. We saw Sham the first time we went there and she was great but after this experience we wont be back. We were late to our appointment with Sham due to a flat tire, I called the shop six times to let her know but there was no answer. When we arrived she let me know that she was fully booked but then asked if another barber could take my son, he said yes but then seemed very bothered by us and by my sons crying. I scheduled a VIP hard cut with one of the barbers, but I ended up receiving a standard haircut with a mid-fade! Upon returning home and examining my head closely, I noticed a distinct line, indicating that the barber lacks the skill to perform a proper fade. As a professional who gets my hair cut weekly due to my public presence, I find this unacceptable. This establishment, which is predominantly operated by black individuals, offers subpar service. I will not return to this location
