I thought this place was too good to be true with their $20 regular pedicures and $35 gel pedicures. I got my pedicure done 2 days ago and the work was PAINFUL. The lady dug too deep and frequently clipped my skin and nail bed. The following day, I couldn’t put my weight on my toe because it was tender - a burning sensation, like a cut but I couldn’t see anything. But it was painful to touch. I took this photo today - about 2 days after I got the pedicure done, and my toe got MORE red and inflamed, and I can see some pus on the edge of my nail. I am pretty sure I got an infection, first time this has ever happened. I’m hoping that it will heal on its own and I won’t have to go to the emergency room or doctor to resolve this.. I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because when I called

They’re horrible and always want to rob you! I went to get a regular gel and tips added, she charged me $50 for plain nails and on top of that they’re dirty, they don’t clean up the UV gel machine, they don’t clean nothing that they use on other people. The health department should go there and investigate them! Seriously need to be shut down.

Terrible, everything is dirty, hot & smells like chemicals. They barely add water and want to change for everything and they are so slow, how does a regular pedicure take an hour. Honestly used them in a pitch they have no nail polish selection they alleged they have OPINSE which they don’t use generic China brands. Totally not worth it. Terrible service just terrible.

This is probably the worst service I ever experienced. I went to get my nails done for my birthday and the woman who did my pedicure was so nasty to me with an extremely rude tone and even raised her voice when I asked her a question. She didn’t do a good job with the pedicure and rushed through it. Then when I did my nails I thought the nail tech was going to be better because she seemed nice.. but she kept trying to push for me to get gel on my acrylic and I said no twice and then told me the price was $20 more than it should have been. Turns out it was more expensive because she started putting gel polish anyway. When I told her I want regular polish, I had to keep telling her multiple times and when she finally did use regular polish she rushed through it and didn’t even put polish on

The do such great jobs on nails. They take their time and make sure detail is perfect. They just need to keep up with the times on new designs. But even if they promote new ideas they will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. Loyal customer
