Viola Nail Lounge

Love this nail salon iev had my nails done here and filled a few times now and i always walk out happy!. Past 2 times I have gone to Quinn and she does amazing work. Even on her own creative work. Told her she could do what she wanted and I love them! Definitely different than what I’m used to but they turned out very well.

I had gel dip done on 12/17 and was charged $70. Asked the owner how much gel dip costs without nail tips and was told $45 and designs are $15. You do the math and tell me how it ended up being $70. The owner was semi kind enough to take $5 off lol…. Not even a week into my manicure and I have cracks and chips all over. I’ve tried giving Viola many chances but I work too hard for my money to be taken advantage of. Poor customer service, poor quality in the products they use, and poor application. Don’t waste your time or money.

Luv this place. I have been all over the nation trying to get sunset/ sunrise nail art and no one does it like Viola Nail Lounge. I even ordered Uber eats and they brought my food right to me. Thank you so much Thu Tran🥳🫶🏾😍👏🏾🤩🙏🏾 Keep up the great work.

Most importantly I was cut with the cuticle clippers, and bled. This was for a bridal party gel manicure. I don’t know her name. Before that I showed a color on my phone and she and her neighbor said “oh yes we have, it’s “ bubble bath”. It looks nothing like my picture. She didn’t get it. Then she uses the roughest file there is on my thin nails. It hurt and I asked her to use a finer one. All she did was file the file and control use it. I tried but she just couldn’t understand or didn’t care. Come to find out a bunch of girls also chose “bubble bath” and they were all different shades of pink! I want back to look at the bottle she used - it was fruit something. She said it’s same thing. I was nonetheless quite dissatisfied. Also no hand massage was included - not even lotion. For $60! M

April repaired some seriously wrecked nails (and a rumpled spirit, after a different salon gave me uneven nubs that looked like a toddler had painted them). Not only is she a meticulous & fabulous tech, she’s a lovely person.
