I’ve been seeing Alex at VIO for monthly facials for the past five years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting my skin with anyone else. As someone with brown skin, it was incredibly important for me to find an aesthetician who genuinely understands all skin tones and skin types. Treatments that work for some people can easily cause damage or dark marks on melanin-rich skin if they’re not done properly. I see Brooke for micro needling and she is so kind and also a wealth of knowledge for all things skin care. Their membership is well worth it. I’ve never had a single issue with this place in over a year of service.

I absolutely love this med spa! From the moment I walked in, the ambience was calm, welcoming, and spotless. The check-in and check-out process was seamless—so organized and efficient. Every team member was professional and kind, and you can tell cleanliness and patient comfort are top priorities here. Alex was incredible! so knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my Botox treatment. The results are beautiful and natural!
