I am new to the med-spa world, and was very nervous to start treatments. Starting with my first consultation with Shea and Gabby, I felt 100% at ease. They clearly and gently explained all the details, did not try to push treatments or products on me, and were fully supportive of "going slow" to subtly enhance my natural skin and features. I am thrilled with my treatment journey so far, my skin is bright and baby-soft. I would highly recommend Vio to anyone looking to naturally improve their esthetics in a clean, comfortable, gal-pal-esc environment. Two thumbs up!!
