Vintage Barber Co. - Churchland

I was trying a new place closer to my house and this place did look like it had cool vibes. We walked in and not a word was said for a few minutes. We waited 30 minutes past our time no explanation or simple "sorry we are running behind". I can be super understanding and flexible if I am just made aware and can plan accordingly. We got up to leave but then my son was called. We did end up getting his haircut but she cut it way too short. She made a comment " I took it shorter than you said". I asked her if he would be able to still have a flip and she said " I took it short like you asked". I had asked her to take it shorter but to allow for a smaller flip and less mullet-like. I have been visiting Vintage Barber Co for several years. This shop has a great vibe and friendly staff! Christina B is my barber. I know I will walk out with an awesome haircut every time!

Newer client and have had great experiences so far. I’ve been struggling to find a place that cuts my son’s hair like he wants. Nice clean shop and Stacie has been great!!

Absolutely garbage customer service. Walked in and 2 out of 3 people there doing nothing but playing on their phones. After about 5 mins of standing at the front desk one lady finally turn around and asked if I had an opponent, when I said no her response was "I'm good" then turned back around and went right back to playing on her on her phone. The older guy a few chair down from her never looked up the 10 min or so I was there. It wasn't till I turn a started leaving that the only person doing anything said someone will be right with me, to late. Don't waste your time going here.

Had an appointment for my son to get his haircut, and we went in at the scheduled time. The lady told me she was a little behind and to come back 20 minutes later so we sat in my car and waited for that amount of time and then went back in….only to see her take another person (I’m guessing is a walk in). I’m not the sharpest crayon in the shed but wouldn’t you take your appointments before walk ins?
