Vinny's Barber Shop of Malta

I have been bringing my 9 year old son to Vinny’s for a while now. He loves it there. They always to an excellent job and make him feel welcomed. Last night there was an issue and the appointment I booked online didn’t go through. When we walked in and found out the guys were great and made sure we were taken care of anyway. We were blessed to have Ron cut my son’s hair. He was amazing and the conversation was just what our spirits needed to end the long day on a joyous note. Thank you Ron and thank you to everyone that works there the atmosphere is always clean and positive.

Am very particular about my hair and have tried a lot of different barbers local and around the midwest/NY. Vinny's is great and has routinely cut me up very well! Megan did a fantastic job with a beard trim and cut and I am super happy and will come back. The price is definately a premium, but so is my hair!

I walked in and asked for a mid taper fade with a textured top and a trim right above my eyebrows. This dude literally faded the sides all the way to the top of my head, he buzzed the back all the way to the top of my head, and he cut the right side and didn’t even think to cut the left side, he also trimmed the hair in the front and blind guessed what he was cutting like he was the best barber in the world and made my hair look like it was going up diagonally and was going really fast like he was on a tight schedule when there was no more than 3 cars out in the lot. Now I gotta wait 4 months to get another proper cut. This happened on 10/5/25 and I will NEVER be coming here again. 1 star

I showed my Barber today 4 different pictures. The cut I got looks nothing remotely at like what I wanted. My hair is much shorter than I wanted, and quite frankly am very upset with how it looks. The backs and side look alright so bonus star for that. Otherwise, I have short straight thin hair that is easy to cut. The barber seemed somewhat untrained and unprofessional compared to previous haircuts i’ve received. He didn’t ask once more to see the photos during the cut and I’m really disappointed as this was my first time visiting in over 9 months. I have had many fantastic visits here, and I expected better quality service. The place seems to have gone downhill recently with the new barbers and staff.

Definitely amazed with the service I got and it was my first time ever going there. Showed up as a walk in, waited not even a minute and was already lined up with someone to give me a cut. If you want a good quality cut with professionalism this is the place hands down!! Eri was my barber (highly suggest him if you want a nice fade) but from what I noticed they are all great at what they do!
