Tina is next-level talented. I came in with a picture that ChatGPT created for me — a specific layered, face-framing look — and she absolutely nailed it. Not “kind of close.” Not “inspired by.” She brought it to life in a way that looks natural, dimensional, and perfectly tailored to me. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in for a balayage and left with severely damaged hair and looking like a grandma with gray hairs. My hair feels rough, hard to brush, and the highlighted pieces are stringy and breaking, leaving my top head with missing pieces since those parts broke off! What’s worse is that my hair was quickly blow-dried and styled, which made it harder to see the damage right away and they tried to HIDE IT and did not mention the damage. I only realized the full extent of it after I left and saw it properly at home. I was never told that my hair had been over-processed. I am truly grateful to have met Vince and his team. True professionals that nail every cut that I have seen there! My hair is hard to cut, I would say.
