WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't book with Steph. From losing my appointments, being late to my appointments, to having to wait 30-45 minutes past your appointment times. You'd figured they'd give you a discount. NOPE. Then, as I let them know I'm going to Mexico and I needed to be scheduled in beforehand. This appointment is in 6 days and she just canceled on me with the options of be here in 5 minutes or 45 minutes or go find someone else. Again with no discount at the cost of MY time. Great customer service 👏 photos for proof!

I’ve been going to Vincent Salon since they opened and always have a great experience. Chelsea does an amazing job with my hair and just gets it every time, which makes things super easy and stress-free. The salon is always clean, the front desk is friendly and welcoming, and their product prices are really reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Toni did an amazing job coloring my hair!! She’s listens to what I want and delivers every time! I always get a lot of compliments!

My loving and generous Mom gave me two gift cards so that I could get a very much needed pedicure and referred me to Jackie. This was was first visit to Vincent Salon. The salon is so elegant but comfortable and I had the best pedicure with Jackie. She was so delightfully sweet and did an amazing job. I love the products she used and the frosty pink color on my toes is my new favorite. I will be returning and highly recommend.

Always have excellent hair appointments with Jill every week. She and Karla and Michelle are such very Talented and thoughtful people. 🎼
