Was very disappointed in how my nails turned out! Wanted a long stiletto French tip nails. The French is to bulky as I stated to the lady who did my nails and each one are different lengths. Asked her to fix them but then proceeded to tell me they look fine. After trying to correct her for two hours I gave up. The same day once I left I called her to voice how I don’t like my nails and if she could just redo my French. She tells me to come in the next day for her to fix them and I come in at 6:00 pm. As I come in one person is in the shop getting their toes done and she is sitting there on her phone. She later tells me she can’t do my nails because she’s busy and has an appointment. Understandable because I didn’t let her know what time I was coming. She tells me to come in again the next

Horrible, the pictures do NOT do justice for how bad these nails are.. Went for a fill, the tec was rough and was not pleasant on top of doing a horrible job. I asked to soak off one nail that broke( i tried to explain that the nail was injured) but she refused and popped it off any way. The nails are un even and she was rushing so much they didn't cure , and have bubble in the gel and are over filled on the side of the beds. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the WORST set I have ever had. I am soooo embarrassed by how bad these are. I work about 4 minutes away from this salon and all the woman I work with are commenting how they would have not paid for the service after looking at my nails. I am telling everyone who ask that my nails were done here and DO NOT GO.

I recently visited this salon and was extremely disappointed with the service. The quality of my dip manicure was subpar from start to finish. The application was uneven, leaving my nails looking mismatched and unprofessional. Globs of clear gel were left under three nails. The surface of my nails was quite bumpy, and the polish - even though I paid extra for dip - started chipping the very next day. To make matters worse, one of my nails broke on the way home, which has never happened to me before after a salon visit. This clearly indicates poor product quality and application. I expected a professional and lasting manicure, but instead, I was left with a mess. I am having to pay $60 within 3 days to have them redone at another salon. When I first got there I was sat in a chair for a pedicure. within five minutes of me sitting down, I realized that there was water dripping on me. I turned to look in the wall is dripping with water all over me all over my clothes and my chair. There was no apology no sorry just “please move to a different chair” The person who did my pedicure I kept telling Too hot Change it and then continue to stab my toes after I was already saying ouch and bleeding. When it came to doing my acrylic nails, the experience was way worse than the pedicure experience as you can see my nails were left with what I am guessing is acrylic. Service wasn’t good. Ummm shouldn’t be this difficult to paint nails. Came in for a simple gel manicure. Whomever painted my nails didn’t do a good job, please see photo, polish all over my skin, polish clumped up… she was distracted being on her phone and did a very quick job on my moisturizer and hand massage. No one speaks English! The phone rings and whomever on the other end was asking questions that she couldn’t answer, so she just hands me the phone. I didn’t mind helping, but just rude on how she gave me the phone and I was just to figure out what was the problem. (I gave directions of the location) Just an overall strange and low quality service experience. (However, whomever did my mothers mani and pedi did a good job, nice and personal able, my mother was pleased, only reason w
