Didn’t get what I asked for. I traveled over an hour a way, stylist offered to fix it but the damage was already done. Photos of what I got vs the image (last image) I showed the stylist I wanted. My stylist was Knikki.

Kelly is amazing! She’s always on time, usually even ahead of schedule, works efficiently, and never wastes my time. I really appreciate her professionalism and consistency every single visit. Highly recommend!

I have never been made to feel like my scheduled appointment was such an inconvience to my stylist, Jessi. Let me preface this by saying I have been to plenty of stylists in my lifetime-most have been great, while others not so great-but this experience takes the cake for the worst. From the moment my stylist retrieved me from the waiting area, I felt rushed. My entire appointment felt like a blur: my stylist had no patience to let me get out full sentences on what I was looking to have done (which was a simple color and cut, with possible basic layers), made no attempt to have casual conversation, and also proceeded to rip the brush through the tangles in my wet hair (while loudly sighing to show frustration) after I informed her of its fragile state due to health conditions. I had my hair cut for the first time at Village 9 Salon by the owner, Kelly Degear. The salon is spacious and clean, with plenty of parking. I also like their earlier business hours. Kelly was friendly and professional. I requested only a wash and cut (no blow out). This was one of the fastest haircuts I have ever experienced (15 minutes). The only reason I am not giving this review a 5-star is because my front ends were not symmetrical and I had to request it to be corrected.
